Service and provider boundaries

ModeForge offers apparel design, authorized virtual try-on, fashion video, and prompt generation. Production requests may be processed by OpenAI, FASHN, and MiniMax and stored with an S3-compatible operator. Provider availability, moderation, and processing time are not guaranteed.

Demo mode uses deterministic local samples and does not prove that Stripe, production providers, PostgreSQL, cron, or S3 are operational in a deployment.

Prices, credits, and subscriptions

The Starter pack is $9.00 for 100 credits. The Creator monthly subscription is $19.00 for 300 credits per paid month. All current packs and subscriptions are shown on the Pricing page before Checkout.

Stripe is the payment processor. Credits are non-cash, non-transferable service units. Subscription credits are granted only after a paid invoice and do not expire while the account remains active. Taxes or currency conversion shown by Stripe may depend on the deployed merchant configuration.

Reservation, refund, and reversal

A paid generation reserves credits before provider work. Success captures once. A failed or timed-out job releases an open reservation; a failure after capture creates an immutable generation refund. Duplicate callbacks do not duplicate ledger effects.

Payment refunds and disputes can revoke the corresponding purchased or subscription credits. A Stripe refund does not entitle an account to retain service credits already reversed by the immutable ledger.

Accounts and termination

You must secure your account and provide accurate contact information. Account deletion cannot erase records that must remain for payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, legal, or immutable-ledger obligations; those records are minimized and anonymized where applicable.
