Acceptable Use Policy

Required rights and consent

You must own or hold permission for every portrait, garment, logo, source image, prompt, and output you submit or use. Checking the portrait-rights box is a legal representation, not a substitute for valid consent.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use ModeForge for:

• deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, or non-consensual depiction of a real person;
• sexual content involving a person without consent, or any sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors;
• copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other intellectual-property infringement;
• malware, access-control bypass, excessive automated traffic, or attempts to extract secrets or another user's private assets;
• unlawful discrimination, violence facilitation, or other content prohibited by an applicable provider policy.

Enforcement

ModeForge or its providers may reject content, rate-limit requests, preserve relevant audit evidence, suspend access, or delete unlawful material. Failed paid jobs follow the release or refund rules in the Terms; a payment reversal may revoke credits.
